Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of teuvia.com and the Teuvia load planning tools and platform (the "Service"), operated as an individual business ("we," "us," or "our"). Teuvia is not currently operated through a registered company. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

What the Service is

Teuvia provides container and truck load planning tools for logistics teams, including free calculators (container loading calculator, CBM calculator, truck axle load calculator) and a 3D load planning tool.

Some parts of the Service are free to use without an account. Others, including the full 3D load planning tool and any paid plan, may require you to provide an email address, and paid plans require a subscription processed through our Merchant of Record, Creem.

Free tools

Our free calculators and reference guides are provided for general planning and estimation purposes. While we build these tools to be accurate, they are estimates based on the information you provide and standard industry container specifications. You are responsible for verifying critical figures, such as legal axle weight limits, container capacity, or shipping costs, against your specific carrier, vehicle, and jurisdiction before making operational or compliance decisions based on them.

Accounts and access

Where the Service requires an email address to access a feature (such as the 3D load planner), you agree to provide accurate information and are responsible for any activity that occurs through your session. The Service currently does not support multi-user accounts, team workspaces, or shared logins; each session and email-gated feature is intended for individual use at this stage of the product.

Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed and processed through Creem, acting as the Merchant of Record for your purchase. This means Creem is the seller of record on your transaction, Creem will appear on your card or bank statement, and Creem is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or similar transaction taxes. Billing disputes, refund requests relating to a specific charge, and payment method updates are typically handled through Creem's systems; for any subscription or feature-level questions, contact us directly at [email protected].

Founding member pricing: where we offer a founding member rate, that rate is intended to remain fixed for the duration of your active subscription under the terms communicated to you at the time you joined. We reserve the right to set the terms, eligibility, and availability of any limited-time offer, and to close such offers once the stated allocation is reached.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to access, probe, or interfere with the Service's underlying systems beyond normal use of the tools provided
  • Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content, calculators, or guides without permission
  • Misrepresent your identity when accessing email-gated features

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, calculators, written content, and underlying software, is owned by Teuvia or our licensors. You may use the free tools for your own personal or business planning purposes, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute the tools or their underlying code.

Disclaimers

The Service, including all calculators and the load planning tool, is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that calculations will be free of error in every circumstance, and you remain responsible for independently verifying figures that affect safety, legal compliance, or significant business decisions, particularly axle load compliance figures, which should be confirmed against your vehicle's actual specifications and your jurisdiction's current regulations before relying on them operationally.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Teuvia will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to losses arising from reliance on calculation results, service interruptions, or data not being retained between sessions given the current scope of the Service.

Changes to the Service

We are actively developing Teuvia, and features described on our website (including the 3D planner, future team collaboration capabilities, and mobile app) may change, be added, or be modified as we continue building. We will make reasonable efforts to keep our public-facing pages accurate to the current state of the Service, but the Service available at any given time is the version that controls, not earlier marketing descriptions.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date above when we do. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Teuvia resides, without regard to conflict of law principles.
